Born in Paris in 1963, Frédéric Bonan has graduated from Ecole Nationale Supérieur de Mécanique et d’Aéronantique in 1986.
He also graduated from ESSEC’s marketing and management master in 1988, he joined Altran Group where he has developed revenues from 30 to 1.350Million euros.
He founded I-Deal Development in 2005, with references such as the sale of Filorga to Mr Tabary (2007), the sale of La Vie Saine group to Mrs Cartier supported by EDRIP and BPI France in 2017, or Walor international (170M€ of revenues), high-range family businesses. He is also is a member of several board of directors in France and abroad.
Born in Paris in 1982, Thierry Bloch has graduated from EMLV Business School (2005), as well as from the INSEEC’s financial engineering master (2005).
He joined Frédéric Bonan in 2005 when I-Deal Development was launched, after an experience at Bank of Ireland - Coporate Banking (Dublin) and in a digital start up. He worked on a hundred deals, with success stories in retail, consulting and cosmetics.
Nathanaël Blanc graduated in economics and management in 2011 (at Terry Business School (UGA/USA) and at the business administration institute of Lyon). He becomes top of the year during his Master in corporate finance at Paris ESLSCA Business School (2012), where he graduated a financial engineering MBA in 2013.
During his studies, he worked at LCL as corporate analyst for the bank must have account. He joined I-Deal Development in 2013 as M&A Business manager. He currently has more than 20 deals to his credit such as Walor International (170M€ turnover).
